When playing with speed-lighting for photography, I saw some lighting work that highlighted the internal structures of fruit and decided to try and recreate it. It involved placing a piece of fruit on a clear acrylic sheet and lighting it from behind. It turned out great! Next, I want to try and use pectinase to dissolve some of the connective structures and highlight the individual parts.
